A much-loved Mimosa community event bringing together beautiful preloved women’s and children’s winter clothes, fantastic bargains, a few luxury finds and plenty of reasons to stay for a browse, a coffee and a catch-up.
Come to find something fabulous. Come to meet people. Come to support a genuinely valuable local cause.
Every purchase helps Mimosa fund cancer-related projects here in our community.
Donate your winter wardrobe favourites
Before the sale, we will be collecting good-quality women’s and children’s winter clothes across the local area.
We are looking for pieces that are:
- clean and freshly laundered
- in very good or nearly-new condition
- free from stains or damage
- suitable for autumn and winter
- something you would still be happy to wear or pass on to a friend
Our community volunteers sort every donation by hand, so quality really matters.
If possible, please separate women’s clothing and children’s clothing into different bags, and add an age group to children’s clothes before drop-off. It makes a huge difference to our sorting team.
A coat you no longer wear, a beautiful knit that deserves another outing, or children’s clothes that have been outgrown can all become someone else’s favourite find.

It is a chance to meet people, catch up with friends, make new connections, grab a coffee and enjoy the atmosphere while supporting something that matters.

Fashion, community and a very good cause
Mimosa Clothes is organised and hosted by members of our community, with people donating their time, their clothes and their energy to make the event happen.
The result is something very simple but very special: beautiful clothes are given another life, people come together, and the money raised goes towards supporting Mimosa’s local cancer-related projects.
So every coat, jumper or bargain taken home on the day helps us do more for people in our own community.
Whether you donate, shop, volunteer, share the event or simply bring a friend along, you are part of that.
