NEW THIS YEAR

A full medical certificate is no longer required for distances up to and including the duo/half marathon. Instead, PPS (Parcours de Prévention Santé) self-certification is now possible by registering here and completing a short course (less than 10 minutes). Download your certificate at the end of the course and send it to us as part of the registration process.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

The PPS certificate is only valid for 3 months so do not complete it before 4 August 2024.

Full marathon runners still require a FFA license or a medical certificate. A proforma medical certificate can be found here.
